The New York Times reports that Substack’s bosses are not axing Nazi substacks:
“Responding to criticism of its hands-off approach to content moderation, the company said it would not ban Nazi symbols or extremist rhetoric so long as newsletter writers do not incite violence.”
Because as we know, antisemitic rhetoric never causes violence. And why shouldn’t Substack profit off such rhetoric?

Lev, this is an important issue for social media these days. I think that those who supervise social media need to take a stand against any type of racism, bigotry, antisemitism, misogyny, discrimination against LGBTQI people, hostility toward differently abled people, etc. Best wishes for 2024!
